Hello dear students,

I hope all of you are fine!!

In this unit, we will  continue  studying different concepts related to visual language .We will learn more about   icons , symbols and pictogram among others visual signes.

ACTIVITY 1

Watch the following presentation about pictogram ,lopotype, isotype , imagotype and isologist.

IN ORDER TO SEE CORRECTLY THE  EMBEDDED VIDEO IN THE PRESENTION, PLEASE  STOP THE PRESENTATION , AND PLAY THE EMBEDDED VIDEO  OR IF YOU PREFER YOU CAN  WATCH THE PRESENTATION SELECTING ONE BY ONE THE CONTENT SLIDE.

Watch the following videos and learn about Logos and Graphic Design from the famous  graphic designer Michael Bierut.

ACTIVITY 4

Designe a personal imagotype ( icon plus logotype) for a new brand with CANVA APP. This app is FREE, but BE CAREFUL  some templates are not free and you have to pay for using them. 

Once you have instaled the app in your mobile or in your PC you can start designing your logo ( you previously have to select this option...you will se that there are more options), strarting with a blank template or with a especific designs that you can change, scale, adding new shapes...you will see that this app is very intuitive and easy to work with it. . Save your designe and send it to me !! enjoy the process!! Deadline 25/5/20

 WHAT IS AN EMOJI??

Emoji is a small digital image or symbol used in electronic communication to convey an idea or feeling.

Emoji is a word originating from japanese to describe a type o ideogram used as a form of pictorial communication in electronic messaging on mobile telephones and internet web pages.

I have had fun doing my emoji!!

I WANT TO MAKE  A SHORT MOVIE

Hello  dear students!
I hope everything is fine!
We are going to start with a new unit related to how  make a short film.

ACTIVITY 1
Watch the folloging videos about how to make a short film, how to do a storyboards, and other topics related to audiovisual world.

 Types of camera shots according to frame ( in reference to the human figure) and camera position.

ACTIVITY 2

Through this activity you will work on short film preproduction   : How??

1.Write a personal story and  do the script. 

2. Make a storyboard of your short film. ( six scenes)

                           CAMERA SHOTS

Hello  dear students!

I hope everything is fine!

This week , we will continue to learn more about  camera shots. 

If you remenber the last week I posted a video about it . When you have made your  storyboards you have drawn some of them but we really have not worked deeply on it. Now it is time to do it!

Look for some pictures ( internet , magazine or comic ) with the different camera shots that you have previously studied in the videos. Send me a camera shots guide made by you. Deadline 7/6/20

ACTIVITY 3

Enjoy with this short animated film  by  Alexander Petrov ( the process is amaizing...Alexander Petrov painted with oil and his hands each frame on iluminated glass..He worked on it more than two years!! He won the Oscar award in animation film in 2000)
